This IPA uses a unique blend of pale malts, wheat, and oats to create a rich and complex base on which to layer hops. We started with Citra and then finished with a generous dry hop of Ekuanot and Amarillo hops to deliver notes of peach and pine. Honey was added to lend balance and a touch of sweetness.
